The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with experience overseeing warehouse and shipping operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment. Position Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and shipping floor operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records. Establish and enforce operational procedures to improve workflow, minimize errors, and maximize efficiency. Identify and resolve shipping, inventory, and workflow issues. Promote a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment. Requirements 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
