Shipping Documentation Coordinator

Job Overview Freedom 2 Freight LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Documentation Coordinator to help keep freight operations organized and running smoothly. This role involves processing transportation paperwork, monitoring shipments, updating records, and communicating with drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities Create, review, and process shipping documents, invoices, BOLs, and delivery receipts. Monitor freight movements and update shipment statuses. Coordinate pickup and delivery details with drivers, carriers, and warehouse teams. Verify paperwork and correct missing or inaccurate information. Maintain accurate shipping databases and organized records. Assist with transportation scheduling and daily office operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative, shipping, or logistics experience preferred. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Clear communication and attention to detail.
