Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping Department Office Lead with a strong background in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping operations, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills ( REQUIRED ). Experience in e-commerce fulfillment and shipping operations. Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle light customer service responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and support daily shipping office operations. Maintain and update shipping reports using Excel. Assist with e-commerce order fulfillment and shipping documentation. Monitor shipping accuracy and order processing. Communicate with internal departments and customers. Perform general administrative and customer service duties.
