Shipping Department

Job Overview Join our Shipping Department and keep products moving accurately from receiving through delivery. You’ll support warehouse operations by coordinating shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory records, and preparing orders for distribution. This hands-on role suits someone who works carefully, communicates clearly, and enjoys keeping logistics on track. Duties Process shipping and receiving transactions, data entry, and inventory updates in a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; systems such as AS400 or material requirements planning (MRP) tools may be used. Prepare shipping documentation and follow trade compliance requirements and international trade regulations when applicable. Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams and provide responsive customer service to resolve order or shipment questions. Your impact: Accurate order fulfillment and shipment records help customers receive the right products and help teams maintain dependable inventory. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and clear communication. Essential: Familiarity with shipping logistics, shipping and receiving, picking and packing, order picking, stocking, and load/unload tasks. Preferred: Warehouse experience in warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, or logistics. Preferred: Experience with inventory management, Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400. Preferred: Experience operating a forklift, order picker, or pallet jack; knowledge of trade compliance and international trade regulations. Pay: From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
