About Us S&D Saw & Tool has been sharpening, reconditioning, and supplying industrial circular and gang saw blades for over 25 years. We serve customers nationwide, primarily in the pallet manufacturing, sawmill, and lumber industries. We're looking for dependable people who want to grow with us. Shipping & Receiving Role: We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to take responsibility for the day-to-day flow of products in and out of our facility. You'll prepare, organize, verify, and ship finished saw blades, receive incoming products, load and unload vehicles, and work closely with production and office staff to make sure orders are accurate and leave on time. This is a hands-on industrial position , not a desk job. Organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, label, and stage outgoing shipments Receive, unload, sort, and organize incoming blades and materials Load and unload company vehicles safely Verify shipments against paperwork Make sure the right product goes to the right customer Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records Coordinate with production and office staff on completed orders and shipping priorities Identify and communicate missing, damaged, or incorrect items Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and efficient Follow all company safety procedures and assist in the plant as needed What We're Looking For Shipping, receiving, warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred but not required Dependable, punctual, and accountable Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical work Able to lift, carry, and move product throughout the day Good communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no degree required Why S&D?
