Shipping & Delivery Driver Pay: $20/hour Company: Moldtronics, Inc. Location: Downers Grove, Illinois Employment Type: Full Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt) About Moldtronics, Inc. Founded in 1955, Moldtronics, Inc. is a privately held, ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified contract manufacturer based in Downers Grove, IL. With a team of 50–70 employees, we specialize in custom injection molding, mold making, CNC machining, assembly, and design‑for‑manufacturing services. Our in‑house molding, tooling, machining, and robust quality systems allow us to deliver turnkey solutions from prototype through full production. Position Summary The Shipping & Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and pickup of products and materials while also supporting shipping and warehouse operations during slower delivery periods. This role combines driving duties with hands‑on logistics support to ensure efficient outbound and inbound product flow. Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Delivery (Primary Focus) Safely transport products and materials to customers and vendors Load and unload deliveries while ensuring product accuracy and care Follow delivery routes and schedules to meet customer deadlines Verify delivery documentation and obtain required signatures Perform routine vehicle inspections and report concerns promptly Drive company vehicles, including a box truck and Ford F‑150, confidently and safely Shipping & Warehouse Support (As Needed) Assist with shipping tasks such as picking, packing, staging, and labeling orders Organize materials and maintain a clean, efficient workspace Support warehouse operations during low‑delivery periods Contribute to accurate and timely order processing and material flow Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous delivery, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable and experienced operating a box truck and Ford F‑150 for deliveries and pickups Key Skills Strong time management and reliability Attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to changing needs Strong work ethic and communication skills Work Environment Combination of driving and warehouse environments Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature changes Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20 per hour Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) with company match Holiday pay Paid time off Why Join Moldtronics Work for a trusted, certified manufacturer (ISO 9001 & AS9100D) with decades of stability Engage in a quality‑focused, hands‑on manufacturing environment Contribute to meaningful products in aerospace, medical, and defense industries Be part of a culture that values craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement Company & Location 703 Rogers St, Downers Grove, IL 60515 Convenient access to I‑88, I‑355, and the Metra BNSF line Equal Opportunity Employer.
