We're direct and encouraging, never shaming or blaming, and we take the work seriously, not ourselves. The role Be the last set of hands on every order and the friendly voice customers hear from. You'll cover both sides: 2–3 days a week on site in Lehi, 4–6 hours each, packing boxes that land frozen on porches across the Intermountain West, and the rest of your hours answering and resolving customer emails from home. It's a part-time role on a small team, where your ideas for doing it better will be heard, and there's room to grow as we do. What you'll do Pick and pack. As our day-to-day shipping crew, pull and verify orders, pack each box with ice so meals arrive frozen, and stage boxes for FedEx. Keep shipping ready. Build boxes ahead, keep packaging and ice stocked, and keep the shipping area clean and organized. Help customers. Answer and resolve customer emails from home, update orders and subscriptions in Shopify, and pass anything tricky to your manager. Catch problems early. Flag missing meals, low stock or anything that looks off before it reaches a customer. Hold the standard. Follow food safety practices and make sure every box meets the Citrus Pear Standard. Many of our customers manage food allergies, sensitivities and preferences, so every order is checked exactly. Lend a hand in the kitchen. Help with food prep when the kitchen needs extra hands.
