Shipping Coordinator Slot Machines Unlimited, Inc. | Tipp City, Ohio | Full Time About Us Slot Machines Unlimited sells, configures, and distributes gaming machines and parts to customers across the country and abroad. Getting every order to our customers safely, accurately, and on time is a big part of what we do. Job Summary We are looking for an organized, detail oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage outbound shipments of gaming machine parts and components. Most orders ship by UPS, FedEx, and DHL to both domestic and international destinations, with occasional palletized shipments for larger orders. This role combines hands on packing and shipping with the coordination needed to keep orders moving and customers informed. Reports to Roberto Solis. Duties Pack, weigh, measure, and label daily orders for shipment through UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and schedule carrier pickups Choose appropriate packaging and securely wrap parts and components to prevent damage in transit Prepare, strap, and wrap pallets for larger orders and coordinate freight pickups when needed Prepare packing lists and all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and customs forms for international shipments Verify each order is complete and accurate before it leaves the building Move completed shipments to the staging area for pickup Track shipments and update customers and our sales team on delivery status Resolve lost, delayed, or damaged package issues with carriers and file claims when needed Process orders and shipments in Odoo ERP, keeping order and tracking information accurate and up to date Keep the shipping area clean, tidy, and well organized at all times, with packing supplies restocked and materials put away at the end of each day Requirements Previous shipping experience required Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and safely handle heavier items with equipment or assistance Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods Experience with UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping software Ability to operate a pallet jack Comfortable with computers, email, and basic spreadsheet work Strong attention to detail, especially with addresses, order contents, and customs information Tidy and organized work habits, with a commitment to keeping the work area clean Able to work independently and communicate clearly with carriers, customers, and coworkers Nice to Have Forklift certification Experience using Odoo ERP Experience with international shipping, customs paperwork, and duties and taxes Experience arranging LTL freight Experience shipping electronics or other sensitive parts Background in the gaming, amusement, or electronics industry Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30 minute lunch Pay $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
