Shipping Coordinator Evening Shift

Our supply chain network encompasses now branches across the Pacific and into South America. This Shipping Coordinator is responsible for the timely processing of all outgoing shipments (LTL) in accordance with company operational and quality procedures. Responsibilities And Duties Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Shipping all customer orders by the required ship date Confirming all product orders meet customer requirements Scheduling all shipments via specified truck carriers Research and utilize most economical delivery options Generate applicable packing/shipping documents Audit shipment quantity for accuracy Confirm delivery of shipments with customer Resolve any lost or mis-directed shipments via carrier and customer Maintain proper storage of shipping documents Maintaining warehouse supplies related to shipping function in an organized manner Other duties as assigned
