Shipping Coordinator

Job Overview As a Shipping Coordinator, you’ll keep orders moving accurately and on schedule by coordinating shipping, receiving. This hands-on role brings together customer service, logistics, and daily warehouse operations. Duties Coordinate shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics; prepare packages and verify orders before dispatch. Enter shipment and inventory details using data entry tools, Microsoft Office, SAP, or material requirements planning (MRP) systems. Follow trade compliance requirements and international trade regulations for applicable shipments; communicate clearly with customers and warehouse teams. Your impact: Accurate coordination helps customers receive complete orders on time and gives warehouse teams reliable inventory information. Qualifications Basic math, attention to detail, clear communication, and customer service skills. Experience in warehouse operations, warehouse distribution, shipping and receiving, or related warehouse work is helpful. Familiarity with inventory management, shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management software is preferred. Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn warehouse management systems; experience with ERP systems, SAP.
