n the company for those with a good work ethic, attendance, and performance. We have grown our staff from 35 employees to over 100 employees in the last five years, and are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to add to our team.
Documotion is hiring a Shipping Coordinator on Day Shift.
Responsibilities:
• Move inventory and materials across facilities
• Process and prepare inventory for delivery and arrival
• Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
• Package items and label correctly
• Scan delivered items and ensure quality
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
• Operate forklifts to move or store inventory
• Excellent attendance
Qualifications
• 2 years of forklift experience required
• Experience in a warehouse using pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, inventory management
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word
• High degree of attention to detail
• License or certification as dictated by the state to operate heavy machinery as needed
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma
• Able to pass drug test/background check
• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk during the course of the shift
• Physically able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to work independently
Work Schedule
• Monday-Thursday, four 10-hour shifts > 5:00am - 3:30pm
• Will train for initial two weeks Monday-Thursday > 7:00am - 4:30pm
Compensation/Benefits
• Starts at $18.00/hour
• Monthly bonus of $1.00-$2.00/hour worked from the previous month based on company and individual performance
• Documotion will provide Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits after 60 days of employment in good standing, at the standard employee level of coverage.
• After 1 year of service, eligible to join in the company 401(k) Plan. Currently, the company is matching all employee contributions up to 5% of salary.
• Documotion provides Holiday pay for 8 holidays per year, plus an additional day on your Birthday. Two weeks paid vacation per year for the first five years of service.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
