Warehouse Specialist – ERP, Shipping & Logistics Location: Tewksbury, MA Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist with experience in ERP systems, shipping, and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who can manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing shipments and verify shipping documentation. Enter and update inventory, orders, and shipment information in the ERP system. Coordinate shipping schedules, deliveries, and logistics with carriers and internal teams. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other required paperwork. Track shipments and help resolve shipping delays or discrepancies. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments regarding order status and deliveries. Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics. Experience using ERP systems for inventory, order processing, or shipping transactions. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with shipping documentation and coordinating freight or parcel shipments preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. Apply Today!
