Shipping Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, coordinating with warehouse staff, and ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Your efforts will help keep our supply chain running smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery. Duties Coordinate with warehouse staff to organize inventory management, stocking, and order fulfillment processes aligned with shipping schedules. Prepare shipping documentation in compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Schedule shipments with carriers, monitor delivery timelines, and troubleshoot any issues related to shipping logistics or customs procedures. Maintain accurate data entry for all shipments, ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and documentation are completed efficiently. Support customer service by providing updates on order status, resolving shipping discrepancies, and addressing client inquiries promptly. Skills Knowledge of inventory management practices, warehouse operations, and logistics workflows. Basic math skills for calculating weights, measurements, and shipment costs. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures including packing standards and order picking techniques. Understanding of international trade regulations and trade compliance requirements related to export/import activities.
