Our process is specific to our products and operation, and we will train the right person on our systems and procedures. More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is: Reliable — This is a critical one-person role, so consistent attendance and dependability are extremely important. Detail-oriented — Orders pass through your hands at multiple points in the process, and accuracy matters from initial kitting through final shipment. Organized — You’ll be responsible for planning your workload, keeping orders organized, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Independent — You should be comfortable managing your own day, recognizing what needs to be done, and keeping work moving without constant direction. Quality-conscious — You’ll be the final set of eyes on our finished products and should be comfortable identifying and addressing something that doesn’t look right. Comfortable learning new systems — You’ll be trained on our internal system and processes. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
