Shipping Coordinator All Source+ — Arlington, TX 76011 Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on experience Reports to: Director of Production Work location: In person About the Role All Source+ manufactures custom metal, wood, and plastic displays and components for retail and OEM customers. We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to assist our Shipping Manager with daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities. This is a hands-on position that combines shipment paperwork and computer work with preparing and checking orders on the warehouse floor. The right person will help keep shipments organized, records accurate, and orders moving on schedule. What You’ll Do Assist the Shipping Manager with daily shipping and receiving priorities. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other shipment documentation. Enter and update shipment information in our ERP system and shipping software. Check outgoing orders for correct items, quantities, packaging, and visible damage. Help pack, label, stage, load, and unload shipments. Coordinate pickups and track shipments as directed by the manager. Communicate order discrepancies, damage, delays, or missing information promptly. Help maintain accurate inventory records and organized storage areas. Work with production and other team members to meet shipping deadlines. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following company training and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. What We’re Looking For Two or more years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep paperwork and shipment information accurate. Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems or shipping software is preferred. Dependability, organization, and clear communication. Willingness to help with both administrative tasks and physical warehouse work. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds, with assistance or equipment as needed, and stand or walk for extended periods. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
