Shipping Coordinator

Company Overview Titan Utility Services is hiring a Shipping Coordinator to own the shipping function and support the team with dependable, accurate work. This role combines computer and administrative shipping work with hands-on shipping and warehouse support. Position Summary The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for keeping outbound shipping organized, accurate, and moving on time. This role is not combined with a separate Logistics Coordinator position. Responsibilities Prepare UPS/FedEx parcel shipments Coordinate LTL freight and hotshot deliveries Package and label orders accurately Complete shipping documentation and labels Track shipments and resolve shipping issues Schedule carrier pickups and customer pickups Communicate with carriers and customers as needed Keep shipping supplies stocked and organized Assist with warehouse duties as needed Support day-to-day shipping operations with care and consistency What We’re Looking For Dependability and strong work ethic Adaptability and willingness to learn Organization and attention to detail Ownership and follow-through Direct shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Work Requirements This role includes both office and warehouse work and may require safe lifting or moving of up to 50 lbs.
