Shipping Coordinator

Position Summary Advance Chemical Distribution, Inc. is seeking a reliable and organized Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and order fulfillment activities. This position helps coordinate outgoing shipments, prepare shipping information, and ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The role involves working with internal teams, carriers, and shipping documentation while keeping orders moving on schedule. No previous experience is required; training will be provided. Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipments and help organize outgoing orders. Review orders and shipping information for accuracy before dispatch. Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and other required documents. Communicate with carriers regarding pickup times and shipment details. Track shipments and update order information as needed. Confirm that packages are properly labeled, packed, and ready for pickup. Maintain organized shipping records and documentation. Help identify and resolve shipping discrepancies, delays, or missing information. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are ready for scheduled pickups. Monitor shipping supplies and request additional materials when needed. Assist with receiving and reviewing delivery information. Keep the shipping area and related records organized and up to date. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple routine tasks. Basic computer and data entry skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a team. Ability to maintain accurate records and shipping information. No previous experience required; training provided. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable working in a fast-paced shipping or warehouse environment. Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and transportation providers. Willingness to learn shipping procedures and company systems.
