Responsibilities
• Process, scan, and stage outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager in full compliance with carrier guidelines.
• Log shipment data, create bills of lading (BOL), print shipping labels, and verify order accuracy within AS400.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and Email to coordinate with customer service, warehouse supervisors, and freight carriers regarding shipment status, tracking, and order priority updates.
• Perform continuous lifting, loading, and unloading of packages; palletize and stage outgoing inventory throughout the day.
• Verify physical items against packing slips, check weights/dimensions, and report any damaged goods or shipping discrepancies immediately.
