Shipping Clerk- Manufactruing

Join Our Growing Team! Spinnaker Contract Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our growing manufacturing team in Tilton, NH. As a Shipping Clerk, you will play an important role in ensuring our finished products are accurately packaged, documented, and shipped to our customers on time. We are looking for someone who is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship finished products according to company and customer requirements. Verify orders for accuracy, including quantities, part numbers, packaging, and shipping instructions. Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required shipping documentation. Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other freight carriers. Schedule carrier pickups and coordinate outgoing shipments to meet customer deadlines. Maintain accurate Finished Goods Inventory (FGI) records. Track outgoing shipments and assist with resolving shipping or delivery issues. Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and handling of products to prevent damage during transit. Maintain accurate shipping logs and records. Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, and Accounting to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time. Monitor inventory of shipping supplies and reorder materials as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping systems preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn company ERP and inventory systems. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and customer instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities. Experience with shipping software, inventory systems, scanners, and shipping equipment is a plus.
