Overview Regency Global Sourcing is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Shipping Clerk / LTL Shipping Lead to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for managing daily LTL freight shipments, scheduling truck pickups, processing shipping paperwork, organizing the shipping dock, and assisting with loading trucks. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to details, and can keep shipping operations running efficiently. This is a working lead position that combines computer and administrative tasks with physical warehouse responsibilities. Duties Coordinate daily LTL freight shipments and schedule carrier pickups. Prepare and process BOLs, shipping labels, packing slips, and other freight documentation. Organize and maintain the shipping dock to ensure orders are properly staged and ready for pickup. Load trucks and trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks. Verify shipment quantities, weights, dimensions, and shipping information for accuracy. Communicate with freight carriers, drivers, and internal departments regarding shipping schedules and priorities. Ensure outgoing shipments are properly packaged, labeled, and loaded to minimize freight damage. Track shipments and assist with resolving freight delays, discrepancies, and shipping issues. Maintain accurate shipping records and update information in company systems. Help coordinate daily shipping priorities and support other warehouse team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Qualifications Warehouse experience, including warehouse distribution, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, order picking, picking and packing, or stocking. Basic math, accurate data entry, Microsoft Office skills, and familiarity with inventory management and shipping logistics. Experience with a WMS, inventory management software, ERP systems, Microsoft GP, Starship Familiarity with forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks The ideal candidate is someone who: Takes ownership of daily LTL shipping operations.
