Shipping Clerk

Hours: 8:30-2:00 Monday-Friday Job Summary As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll keep orders moving accurately from the warehouse to their destinations. You’ll coordinate shipping and receiving, prepare packages, update inventory records, and support warehouse distribution and order fulfillment. Your work will help customers receive complete, correctly documented orders on time. Duties Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment, including e-commerce orders; use a step ladder as needed. Load and unload shipments, verify incoming and outgoing goods, and support stocking and inventory management. Enter shipment and inventory data in a warehouse management system, and inventory management software. Prepare shipping documents and follow shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations. Coordinate with warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order or delivery issues. Your impact: Accurate processing helps customers receive the right products and gives warehouse teams reliable inventory information. Requirements Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and working knowledge basic computer skills. Etsy and Shopify experience a plus. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS A MUST. Shipping the correct items is paramount. Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, warehouse distribution, picking and packing, order picking, or order fulfillment. Ability to lift heavy loads up to 40-50 lbs if needed. Customer service skills and an understanding of packaging, e-commerce, shipping logistics, and trade compliance are preferred. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week Work Location: In person
