Shipping Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate processing of outgoing shipments, coordinate with warehouse operations, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Your expertise in shipping logistics, inventory management, and warehouse procedures will help us maintain seamless distribution workflows. Duties Prepare and verify shipping documentation using Warehouse Management Systems. Pick, pack, and label orders accurately utilizing RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to facilitate efficient order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring adherence to customer specifications and packaging standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with warehouse operations standards. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, trade compliance, and international trade regulations. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation. Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and ability to load/unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment.
