Shipping Clerk

Job Summary The Shipping Clerk supports accurate, organized warehouse shipping by preparing shipment information, coordinating outgoing orders, and maintaining clear records. This role uses Microsoft Office, basic math, and warehouse operations knowledge, with forklift capability relevant to moving and handling goods. Your impact: accurate shipping records and careful order preparation help customers receive the correct items and help warehouse teams keep shipments organized. Duties Prepare and organize outgoing shipments for dispatch. Verify shipment details and maintain accurate records. Apply basic math when checking quantities and shipment details. Support warehouse operations and coordinate with warehouse staff. Operate a forklift when needed and authorized. Ability to lift 100 lbs. Qualifications Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping workflows. Basic math skills for checking quantities and records. Forklift operating ability; follow applicable workplace safety procedures. Strong attention to detail when handling shipment information. Clear communication and organization when coordinating tasks.
