Shipping Clerk & Assembler (Entry-Level)
o2Job Summary We are seeking a detail -oriented entry-level production assembler and shipping clerk to join our team. This dual role includes putting together components according to specification and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. On site, hands-on training provided with no prior experience required. This position is full time with benefits. Duties Read blueprints and specification schematics to follow strict quality guidelines. Assemble component pieces together using hand tools and work instructions. Inspect products visually to ensure zero defects. Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols. Prepare, package, and ship various goods securely and efficiently. Generate shipping labels and all required documents for outgoing products. Log incoming orders and delegate packages to internal departments accordingly. Experience - Previous shipping & receiving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires Familiarity with inventory management software Basic math skills necessary for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Experience with shipping logistics, order fulfillment, or warehouse operations is advantageous Strong data entry skills using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel or Word are beneficial Customer service mindset to assist team members and support smooth warehouse interactions Knowledge of international shipping requirements would be a plus This role is perfect for dedicated and passionate individuals who value a team-oriented environment.
