Shipping Clerk

OHI Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our operations team as a Shipping and Receiving Associate, helping ensure our products are delivered accurately and on time. This position is on-site, located in Mesa, AZ. Requirements and Qualifications: Positive attitude and willingness to help team members to complete department goals and tasks. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work within a team. A rigorous attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation to be at work within scheduled work hours. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Great Plains CRM is a plus QuickBooks is a plus Manufacturing environment High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent work experience Working Conditions This position is performed primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing environment . Regular exposure to noise, moving equipment, forklifts, and other warehouse operations . The facility may experience varying temperatures , especially in shipping bays or loading docks. Employees must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) , such as safety shoes, gloves, and high-visibility vests. Work hours may vary depending on production and shipping schedules, including occasional overtime or weekend shifts . Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Requires the ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds independently. Frequent reaching, stooping, climbing, and handling of materials . Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
