Shipping Clerk

Panadent Corporation is a manufacturer of dental products in Colton, California. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk who’s ready to keep things moving — literally. In this hands-on role, you’ll help prep, package, track, and support the movement of materials and finished products with care, speed, and accuracy. This position is perfect for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment Knows how to handle materials and paperwork with precision Has strong communication and time management skills Isn’t afraid to get hands-on with inventory, shipping software, and even light assembly tasks when needed Key Responsibilities (Training provided, but experience is a bonus!) Pick, pack, and prep shipments securely to avoid damage Schedule pickups, prepare labels, and track all outgoing shipments Receive all packages according to our procedures Maintain accurate shipment records and shipping supplies – order as needed Move materials around the facility using a cart or pallet jack Support inventory replenishment and basic assembly tasks Use shipping and inventory software (Fishbowl, UPS, FedEx) Follow all company policies, safety rules, and FDA/ISO requirements Work with Sales Department to ensure we have necessary inventory for sales Assist other departments as needed when directed Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse operations. What You'll Need to Succeed High School Diploma or GED Comfortable with basic math and working in a warehouse-type setting Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable attendance, sharp attention to detail, and a good attitude Willingness to learn tools like Fishbowl, Microsoft Excel, and shipping platforms Bonus Skills (Not required, but nice to have) Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, or Fishbowl systems Familiarity with light assembly or packaging tools Work Environment On your feet often Moderate noise Exposure to moving parts and materials Occasional use of hand tools, drills, and scales Benefits: We offer full benefits to our employees upon completing the introductory period and it includes Medical, Vision, Dental at NO cost to our employees!!
