Shipping Clerk

About the Role Hawk Logistics is looking for an organized and responsible Shipping Clerk to support the daily movement of goods through warehouse operations. This position involves preparing customer orders, keeping shipment information accurate, assisting with inventory activities, and making sure outgoing products are properly documented. What You'll Be Doing Prepare customer orders by locating products, checking quantities, packing items, and applying shipping labels. Review outgoing shipments to make sure the correct products are ready for dispatch. Record incoming and outgoing goods using warehouse software and inventory tracking systems. Update stock information, monitor inventory changes, and report missing or damaged items. Help receive deliveries and organize products in their assigned storage locations. Assist with loading and unloading freight using safe handling methods. Prepare shipment paperwork and verify that delivery information is complete. Work with warehouse colleagues and transportation partners to address shipping delays or order issues. What You Should Bring Basic computer skills and confidence with routine data entry. Attention to detail when checking products, quantities, and shipping information. Basic math and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and cooperate with team members. Familiarity with Microsoft Office or inventory software is helpful. A dependable attitude and willingness to learn. Pay: $25.63 - $30.87 per hour Work Location: In person
