Process shipping and receiving documents, enter shipment details, and maintain accurate inventory records. Use a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or materials requirements planning (MRP) tools to track orders and stock. Support stocking, order fulfillment, loading and unloading, and general warehouse operations using equipment such as an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift, when trained and authorized. Follow shipping logistics procedures and applicable trade compliance requirements, including international trade regulations; assist customers and carriers with shipment questions. Your impact: Accurate order processing helps customers receive the right products and gives warehouse teams dependable inventory information. Skills Essential: Basic math, data entry, attention to detail, and clear customer service communication. Essential: Ability to follow safe procedures for shipping and receiving, picking and packing, and warehouse distribution. Preferred: Warehouse experience, including inventory management, order picking, packaging, and load-and-unload tasks. Preferred: Experience with logistics, forklift, order picker, RF scanner, or pallet jack equipment; relevant equipment use requires appropriate training and authorization. Pay: $25.66 - $29.90 per hour Work Location: In person
