We'll be happy to provide additional details. Job Summary As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll keep orders moving accurately through shipping and receiving. You’ll coordinate warehouse distribution, prepare shipments, update inventory records, and help ensure orders are packed and dispatched according to requirements. Your work will support reliable service for customers and smooth warehouse operations. Duties Process shipping and receiving paperwork, enter shipment details, and maintain accurate records in a warehouse management system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or inventory management software. Pick, pack, label, and stage orders; support order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory management. Use an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift to move goods and load or unload shipments, as authorized. Check shipment contents and documentation for accuracy, and follow shipping logistics procedures and applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve order or delivery discrepancies. Your impact: Accurate processing helps customers receive the correct orders and helps warehouse teams keep shipments on schedule. Qualifications Warehouse experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, warehouse distribution, or related warehouse operations is helpful. Basic math, careful data entry, organization, and clear communication skills. Experience with order picking, picking and packing, packaging, stocking, and load and unload tasks is an asset. Forklift experience or authorization is preferred; follow all applicable equipment and workplace safety procedures. Pay: $24.94 - $27.84 per hour Work Location: In person
