Billing & Shipping with Medrock Pharmacy – Chattanooga, TN Position Overview: MedRock is a full-service & mail-order pharmacy with a focus on dermatology products. The Billing, Shipping and Customer Service Representative provides a high-quality of customer service to patients while processing payments and shipments for prescriptions. Job Duties: Processing of requested prescriptions in a timely manner. Processing shipments. Answering the phone and calling out to patients. Maintaining inventory logs. Enter detailed notes into computer system. Follow HIPAA rules. Help with paperwork filing and organization. Assists in maintaining a clean, safe work environment, checking equipment for calibration, safety and cleanliness. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong customer service skills. Computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently. Organized. Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks. Job Type: Full-time, Benefits (Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance , 401K) Compensation: Hourly; $16 per hour An opportunity to become a pharmacy technician is available for motivated candidates. Preferred Education & Experience: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
