Duties Process shipping and receiving paperwork, enter shipment details, and update records using a warehouse management system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or inventory management software. Pick, pack, package, and stage orders; stock items and verify quantities with a radio-frequency (RF) scanner. Coordinate shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and order fulfillment while following applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Respond to customer service and shipment inquiries; use Microsoft Office, AS400, or material requirements planning (MRP) systems as needed. Qualifications Basic math, accurate data entry, and attention to detail. Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, stocking, picking and packing, and other warehouse operations. Familiarity with a warehouse management system, inventory management software, ERP systems, or MRP is helpful; experience with AS400 is a plus. Knowledge of logistics, shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and trade compliance is preferred. Ability to use an RF scanner, pallet jack, or order picker; forklift experience or authorization is a plus.
