Ensure the production and output of high-quality parts and services while maintaining adherence to company standards. Lead by example and foster a respectful and safe working environment. Conduct start-up meetings and participate in relevant events as needed. 48_Teamwork Created with Sketch. Teamwork Work with production teams to ensure proper packaging of products in line with company standards and customer expectations. Play a key role in developing team members through continuous learning, coaching, and improvement initiatives. Quality Assurance Ensure daily adherence to lean manufacturing principles like 5S and waste elimination. Lead or actively participate in process improvement events and initiatives. Ensure that best practices are sustained, reviewed, and improved as necessary. Fill in for absent team members when required. Track and report daily attendance and other performance metrics.
