Role Description The Shipping Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for handling daily shipping and receiving activities in the warehouse. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and packing customer and wholesale orders, labeling and organizing shipments, and verifying outgoing and incoming goods against documentation. The role involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and on time. The Shipping Clerk helps to resolve shipping issues, update order statuses, and support inventory control. This position requires consistent punctuality, efficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a physically active environment. Qualifications Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes, including handling documentation and verifying orders. Experience with packing and preparing goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and product. Attention to detail, basic computer skills, and comfort working with shipping software or carrier platforms. Ability to lift and move boxes, stand for extended periods, and work in a warehouse environment. Previous experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role preferred; apparel or retail industry experience is a plus. Reliable, organized, and able to follow established procedures and safety guidelines. Speaks English and French
