Shipping Clerk

Job Overview As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll keep orders moving accurately from the warehouse to their destinations. You’ll coordinate shipping and receiving, prepare packages, update records, and support warehouse distribution and order fulfillment. Your work will help teams and customers receive the right products on time. Responsibilities Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipment, including e-commerce orders; use an order picker, radio-frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift as needed. Load and unload shipments, receive deliveries, stock inventory, and verify items against order and shipping documents. Enter shipment and inventory details into a warehouse management system, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, material requirements planning (MRP) tools, or AS400, as applicable. Support inventory management, shipping logistics, and warehouse operations; follow trade compliance procedures and applicable international trade regulations. Respond to shipping inquiries with clear, helpful customer service and use basic math and Microsoft Office to check quantities and maintain accurate records. Requirements Warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, order picking, picking and packing, packaging, or warehouse distribution, is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is an asset; data entry accuracy is important. Ability to follow shipping instructions, handle products safely, and learn equipment procedures. Forklift experience is helpful. Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and clear communication; Microsoft Office familiarity is preferred. Pay: $23.79 - $28.64 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
