Shipping Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Clerk to support our daily warehouse and shipping operations. This position plays an important role in ensuring that orders are properly prepared, organized, and ready for shipment. The role involves assisting with order preparation, product organization, shipment documentation, and general warehouse activities. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge of shipping procedures, develop new skills, and contribute to the smooth flow of daily distribution operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing outgoing orders by sorting, picking, packing, and labeling products. Help organize shipments and ensure items are properly prepared for dispatch. Support loading and unloading activities and help move products to designated areas. Receive deliveries, organize incoming goods, and assist with stocking when needed. Enter basic shipment and inventory information into computer systems. Help review shipping documents and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records and organized storage areas. Communicate with warehouse and logistics team members regarding daily shipping activities. Qualifications & Skills A reliable and responsible individual with a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and develop new skills in shipping and warehouse operations. Basic computer skills and comfort with simple data entry. General attention to detail and basic mathematical abilities. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team. Flexibility to assist with different tasks throughout the workday.
