Shipping Clerk

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipping operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining efficient warehouse workflows. This role requires familiarity with warehouse management systems. The Shipping Clerk plays a vital role in supporting e-commerce and warehouse distribution processes by coordinating shipments and inventory movement. Responsibilities Prepare outgoing shipments by washing, packing, and labeling products accurately using order picking and packing techniques. Manage inventory levels using Excel Spreadsheets Assist with order fulfillment processes, including order picking, stocking, and packaging to meet customer deadlines. Maintain accurate records of shipments using ERP system and ensure all documentation is complete for shipping compliance. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring optimal storage practices. Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and shipment documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders in a fast-paced environment. Use company vehicle to deliver goods to customers and vendors. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping, or related roles within a warehouse environment. Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts and shipment calculations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Physical ability to lift heavy loads up to 40 lbs. Knowledge of packaging standards and procedures for shipping products securely. Prior experience with e-commerce logistics is a plus but not required.
