Shipping Clerk
KDMThe Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing shipping documentation, tracking shipments, and supporting production and customer delivery requirements. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have 1st and 2nd Shifts available. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Shipping & Receiving Operations Shipment Documentation & Label Creation Inventory Tracking & Record Maintenance Order Verification & Accuracy Checks Carrier Coordination & Shipment Scheduling Material Receiving & Processing Quality & Compliance Support Cross Department Coordination QUALIFICATIONS: Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, packing slips, and work orders. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required up to 50 pounds. Preferred Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience. Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping software and carrier systems. Experience working with inventory management or ERP systems. Forklift experience or certification. READY TO APPLY?
