Shipping Clerk

EDCO, a leading manufacturer in Frederick, MD is looking for a powder coater to join our team. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm. Good attendance is paramount to being successful in this role. Salary Range: $18.39 - $22.47 Per Hour Why Work at EDCO? Role and Responsibilities Participate in the shipping of all company products. Compare contents of material being shipped to bill of ladings. Sort and place merchandise in proper areas. Follow established procedures to report discrepancies. Prepare materials for shipment Count items shipped and checks items against bill of lading and records any discrepancies Prepare shipping reports and note any shortages or damages Cut wood skids to size for shipping product Shrink wrap pallets Operate metal banding machine to tie pallets Operate a nail gun Other duties as assigned
