Shipping Clerk - 2nd shift

Prepare documents, such as bills of lading, shipping labels and pack lists to route materials to correct customer or vendor. Wrap, pack, box, seal, and label materials for shipping using hand tools or power tools. Load products onto carrier trailers using forklift. Verify paperwork to ensure final inspection of quality is complete prior to shipment. Record quantity and weights for recordkeeping purposes. Determine proper packaging and shipping methods for materials to be shipped. Contact carrier representatives to arrange pickups or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials. Receive and examine shipment contents and compare with records such as pack lists, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy. Maintain customer stock orders and verify quantities. Deliver or route materials to departments using forklift. Other duties as assigned. OT available and can be flexible Qualifications Proven experience in distribution center operations and warehouse environments Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes Familiarity with order fulfillment and inventory management Proficient in using iPads and inventory management systems Ability to operate forklifts and reach trucks safely Basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory tracking Experience with logistics and packaging technique About us PROFESSIONAL FABRICATION INC is a small business in Denmark, WI.
