About the Opportunity BSM Logistics is looking for a motivated and organized Shipping Clerk to support the movement of products through daily warehouse operations. This position involves coordinating order preparation, tracking incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining shipment records, and helping ensure that deliveries are processed correctly. You'll be an important part of the warehouse team, helping keep products organized and making sure orders are ready to reach their destinations on schedule. What You'll Do Prepare outgoing orders by locating products, checking quantities, packing items, and attaching shipping labels. Review incoming deliveries and assist with recording received merchandise. Enter shipment details, inventory changes, and order information into warehouse computer systems. Organize stock and help maintain accurate inventory records. Arrange completed orders in designated shipping areas for carrier pickup. Assist with loading and unloading goods using appropriate material-handling equipment. Maintain organized work areas and follow established warehouse safety procedures. Follow applicable shipping documentation and trade compliance requirements. What We're Looking For Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry abilities. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic math skills for checking quantities and order information. Clear communication and a cooperative approach to teamwork. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is beneficial. Ability to perform warehouse tasks safely, including picking, packing, and moving products. Dependability and willingness to learn new procedures and systems.
