SUMMARY The Shipping Associate I is responsible for pulling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment or pickup to ensure accuracy and timely processing. This role maintains an organized work area and works closely with internal teams, vendors, and drivers while providing professional and positive service. RESPONSIBILITIES Pulls and stages orders accurately for shipment or pickup Prepares products and materials for outgoing shipments Verifies order accuracy and completeness prior to release Coordinates with internal teams, vendors, and drivers as needed Tracks and updates the status of outgoing shipments Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area Engages with vendors and drivers in a professional and positive manner REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to walk, climb, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to differentiate colors, read labels, and detect product damage.
