Shipping Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing shipments while ensuring orders are accurate and completed on time. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, label, and organize products for shipment. Verify outgoing orders for accuracy and completeness. Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently. Process shipping documents and update inventory records. Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper handling. Operate warehouse equipment and shipping tools as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment. Follow company shipping procedures and safety guidelines. Assist with general warehouse tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus but not required. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and time management skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift. Willingness to learn shipping processes and warehouse procedures.
