Shipping Associate (Levels I–III) – Warehouse / Pick-Pack / Forklift – $17–$23/hr Job Type: Full-time, on-site (in person) Location: Dade City, FL 33525 Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. What You’ll Do Receive products using scanners and place them in the correct rack locations. You learn pick-pack, labeling, and our carrier and retailer rules. Move up by running the labeler or boxing station reliably with 90 days of solid attendance and 99.5%+ order accuracy. Shipping Associate II: You run the labeler and boxing stations, stage orders accurately, and help with inventory counts. Move up by earning forklift certification, completing QC per the bill of materials, and becoming the go-to person in 2 or more areas. Shipping Associate III: Certified forklift operator who receives products, scans products to put away, pick and pack correctly, loads trucks, troubleshoots the labeler, owns retailer compliance, and trains others.
