Shipping Associate

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-focused Shipping Associate to join our operations team and help ensure medications are delivered accurately and on schedule. In this position, you will play an important role in preparing, verifying, and shipping customized prescriptions to patients and medical providers while supporting a fast-moving production environment. Primary Responsibilities Prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures Review order information to confirm accuracy prior to shipment Generate shipping labels and process packages through approved carriers Ensure required documentation and packaging standards are met Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping workspace Work closely with pharmacy and production teams to meet daily shipping schedules Monitor shipping material levels and communicate replenishment needs Follow all company, safety, and quality-control guidelines Qualifications The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Dependability and a strong sense of accountability Flexibility in managing changing priorities throughout the day A positive attitude and willingness to learn Requirements Previous experience in shipping, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or related work preferred Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or another regulated environment is beneficial but not required Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment/random drug screening Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience Job Type: Full-Time Benefits Include 401(k) 401(k) company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount program Career advancement opportunities Work Location Frisco, Texas (In-Person Position) Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the worksite or be willing to relocate prior to employment.
