Shipping Associate

What A Crock is hiring a dependable Shipping Associate to help pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Previous shipping, packing, or warehouse experience is appreciated but not required. Training will be provided. We’re looking for attention to detail, good judgment, and a willingness to learn. What you’ll do: - Pick products and check customer orders for accuracy. - Pack orders securely and prepare packages for shipment. - Handle dry ice according to training and safety procedures. - Follow instructions and work with the team to get orders out accurately and on time. What to expect: - Approximately 20–30 hours per week to start. - Monday–Friday, with occasional required Sunday overtime during busy season. - A permanent role with seasonally varying workloads. - Significant time working in the freezer; some freezer gear is provided. - Standing and moving throughout the shift, with lifting up to 30 pounds independently when safe. Assistance is required for heavier or awkward items. Pay and benefits: - $16 per hour. - Health insurance and paid time off for eligible employees, subject to eligibility requirements. - Training provided and a flexible start date.
