Shipping Associate

The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, verifying, and processing customer shipments in accordance with customer requirements, company procedures, and quality standards. This position ensures that products are accurately identified, packaged, documented, and shipped on schedule while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting customer satisfaction. The Shipping Associate works closely with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Shipping personnel to ensure efficient and timely delivery of customer orders. Skills/Knowledge Technical Required Skills Basic math, reading, and written communication skills. Ability to accurately count and verify inventory quantities. Ability to read and follow customer packaging instructions and shipping documentation. Basic computer skills and data entry experience. Effective organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience using ERP software, preferably SYSPRO. Experience using Bartender labeling software. Experience with UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight shipping systems. Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting practices.
