Shipping Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. The Shipping Associate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and organizing outgoing shipments while ensuring orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready for delivery. Responsibilities Prepare and package customer orders for shipment Pick, pack, label, and organize outgoing products Verify products, quantities, shipping labels, and order information for accuracy Load and unload packages and shipments as needed Sort shipments according to destination and shipping method Use scanners and other warehouse equipment to process orders Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Inspect products and packages for damage before shipment Keep the shipping and warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines Communicate inventory, order, or shipping issues to supervisors Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is helpful Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Pay: $25.30 - $30.40 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee assistance program Employee discount Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Work Location: In person
