Shipping Associate

Job Summary Shipping Associate We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Shipping Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and is comfortable working with customers. Responsibilities Pack and prepare boxes and shipments accurately and efficiently Assist customers in person and over the phone Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers as needed Enter information and type accurately using a computer Perform basic computer tasks and learn company software and systems Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy work environment Keep the shipping and work areas organized and clean Assist with general duties as needed to support the team Qualifications Basic computer skills and comfortable typing Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods Ability to regularly lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs. Previous shipping, packing and customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to jump in wherever needed .
