Shipping Associate Louisville, KY | Full-time | On-site | $18.50–$22.75 per hour Our Louisville operation needs a dependable Shipping Associate to keep outgoing products, equipment, and customer orders moving accurately and on schedule. This is practical work with clear priorities, regular communication, and a team that relies on every shipment being checked before it leaves. From the warehouse to the carrier Review daily orders and shipping schedules. Collect items from designated storage locations. Check product numbers, quantities, and condition. Pack orders using the appropriate materials. Print shipping labels and supporting documents. Prepare completed orders for carrier collection. Update shipment details and tracking information. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items promptly. The Shipping Associate will communicate with warehouse colleagues, delivery drivers, administrative staff, and supervisors. When an order changes or a collection is delayed, you will make sure the relevant people receive accurate information. The standards behind every shipment We are interested in someone who: Works carefully without losing pace. Keeps shipping areas orderly and safe. Follows packing and labeling instructions. Communicates clearly when information does not match. Can use basic computer systems and handheld scanners. Is comfortable staying active during the working day. Arrives reliably and completes assigned tasks. Treats products and equipment with care. Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, or warehouse operations is welcome, but it is not the deciding factor. Paid training will cover the shipping system, documentation, packing standards, scanning equipment, and workplace procedures. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Additional hours may be available during higher-volume periods.
