Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
• Verify quantities and product condition against purchase orders and packing slips
• Document and report discrepancies as needed
Order Fulfillment
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
• Meet daily shipping deadlines and quality standards
Inventory Management
• Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Support ongoing inventory improvement projects
Warehouse Organization & Safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow established 5S and safety protocols
• Assist with general warehouse upkeep and workflow efficiency
Documentation & Systems
• Accurately enter data into inventory and shipping systems
• Maintain organized records and distribute documentation to appropriate team members
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Forklift experience and valid driver’s license are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills with coworkers, supervisors, and vendors
